Does StemWave® hurt?
No anesthesia or numbing cream is needed. A gel is applied to the skin and the applicator is placed on the sore area while you stay awake and comfortable.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Many patients notice a change after the first visit. Improvement usually builds over the first three to four treatments. Individual results vary.
How many sessions will I need?
Most care plans run eight to twelve sessions. Dr. Rizvi recommends a plan at your consultation based on where the pain is and how long you have had it.
How much does StemWave® cost, and does insurance cover it?
Call the front desk before you book. They will tell you the price of a session and a care plan, and whether any part is covered by your plan, so there are no surprises.
Can I go back to work or exercise afterwards?
Yes. There is no downtime, so you can return to normal activity the same day.
